About Vasilica Vascu Hall
Vasilica Vascu Hall’s approach is deeply rooted in her own childhood, one rich with free play, nature, and movement. From an early age, she came to understand that the body holds its own wisdom—and that movement is essential to healing, growth, and joy. As a teacher, she has long relied on purposeful play and meaningful movement to gently invite children into learning. Through decades of observing children, she has developed a deep trust in the innate intelligence of the developing human being—when supported with the right conditions. Threefold Movement is the living expression of that trust, integrating freedom and form, tradition and innovation, spirit and science, to nurture the whole child.
Vasilica brings over 25 years of experience as an educator and movement specialist. Originally from Romania, she holds diplomas in both Eurythmy and Remedial Education, with advanced training in reflex integration, brain-body development, and therapeutic movement.
She has taught in Waldorf schools on both coasts, including Garden City Waldorf School in New York and Berkeley Rose Waldorf School in California—where she has served as a founding teacher, pedagogical leader, and movement specialist. Her work spans early childhood through the grades, always with a focus on movement as the foundation for learning and development.
